It all started when...
Surfer Mick Rodgers decided that he had enough of living check to check, and sold his belongings moving into a converted ford econoline van. Frustrated in his inability to live the traditional "american dream" he joined the growing number of people seeking to live a more fulfilling lifestyle by owning less and having a smaller footprint. The transition wasn't easy or particularly comfortable at first, but ultimately Mick finds the space and freedom that had evaded him before.
The short film, started as an attempt to simply document Mick's journey and ended up an unconventional ode to chasing one's dream in spite of all odds.
